My visit to the hotel was primarily for a penguin excursion, and I found everything satisfactory during my short stay. The highlight was definitely the private bathroom facilities, which were all new and thoughtfully designed, including a separate toilet and a spacious shower. The comfortable double room provided a cozy retreat after a day of exploration. The staff's attentiveness, particularly from Gustavo, truly enhanced my experience.
